To provide a child seat which enables reduction of the number of components of a structure, in which a seat rotates and slides relative to a base and is attached to or detached from the base, to achieve high operability.SOLUTION: A child seat 10 includes: a seat 12 on which an infant is seated; and a base 14 which is attached to a vehicle seat to support the seat so as to enable two motions of the seat, rotation around its axis or sliding in which the seat linearly moves. The child seat 10 includes: a seat fixing part 60 capable of fixing the seat at a center position of the base; operation members 34 for releasing fixture of the seat fixing part; and a rotary connection part 50 capable of rotatably supporting the seat on the base when the fixture of the seat fixing part is released by the operation members. The rotary connection part 50 has a fitting structure comprising a recessed part of a base upper surface and a protruding part of a seat lower surface. The protruding part is biased toward the recessed part.
