Summary:To provide a power generation control system that can utilize a renewable energy obtained by photovoltaic power generation more efficiently.SOLUTION: A power generation control system 100 has: a solar battery that outputs a power via a maximum power point tracking device; an accumulator battery that can charge the power of the solar battery; a power substation connected with a power grid and a load; a power conditioning system (PCS) that has an inverter for outputting a power from a DC side including the maximum power point tracking device and the accumulator battery to an AC side including a power substation unit; and a monitoring control device that controls the output of the PCS. The power substation comprises an under-power relay (UPR), and in a case where the UPR detects that a reception power from the power grid becomes lower than a first value, the monitoring control device gives to the PCS a first command for setting a power to be outputted from the PCS to the power substation unit to be equal to or less than a second value so that a part of the power from the maximum power point tracking (MPPT) device can be used for charging the accumulator battery.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】太陽光発電により得られる再生可能エネルギーをより効率的に利用できる発電制御システムを提供する。【解決手段】発電制御システム100は、最大電力追従装置を介して電力を出力する太陽電池と、太陽電池の電力を充電可能な蓄電池と、電力網及び負荷に接続している受変電設備と、最大電力追従装置及び蓄電池を含む直流側からの電力を、受変電部を含む交流側に出力するインバータを有するパワーコンディショナ(PCS)と、PCSの出力を制御する監視制御装置と、を有する。受変電設備は、不足電力継電器(UPR)を備え、電力網からの受電電力が第1の値を下回ったことをUPRが感知した場合に、監視制御装置は、最大電力追従(MPPT)装置からの電力の一部が蓄電池の充電に用いられることが可能となるように、PCSから受変電部への出力される電力を第2の値以下とする第1の指令をPCSに対して与える、発電制御システムを提供する。【選択図】図1
