Summary:To provide a mass return of sediment as beach nourishment material along the coastline, in accordance with the original natural process because a delay in dam sediment control may lead to a loss of flood control function, resulting in extensive damage, which is not economically feasible.SOLUTION: The cost of the facilities from the recycling plant for beach nourishment materials and construction aggregates to the relay station where they are pumped is to be shared by both parties. To achieve this, the resource recovery method of the present invention is used to recover large amounts of dam sand at a low cost. The key point of this method is that after the coarse-grained soil and fine-grained soil are separated, the fine-grained soil mixed water is passed through a filter and suctioned by vacuum pressure. At the stage where the thickness of the fine-grained soil adhered to the filter during the compaction drainage is minimal, rapid compaction is sustained by suctioning and recovering the remaining mud with a sediment suction device. This enables rapid consolidation of coarse-grained soil in an economical manner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】ダムの堆砂対策の遅れは洪水調節機能の低下を招き、甚大な被害をもたらす恐れがある。これの解決策は本来の自然の営みに沿った海岸線の養浜用材としての土砂大量還元が妥当と思われる。しかし、これだけでは経済的に成立しない。【解決手段】養浜用材及び建設用骨材の資源化プラントからポンプ圧送する中継基地までの施設費用を両者で案分する。そのためには本発明の資源化工法によりダム堆砂を大量に安価に資源化する。当該工法のポイントは堆砂の粗粒土と細粒土の分離後、細粒土混合水をフィルターに通して真空圧で吸引するが、圧密排水と同時にフィルターに張り付いた細粒土の厚さが微小の段階で、残泥吸引装置により吸い取り、回収することで急速圧密の持続を図り、粗粒土の急速精製を経済的に可能とした。【選択図】図1
