To provide an IC card which is not only environmentally friendly but also prevented from cracks of a card substrate and has improved adequacy of quality and has high durability.SOLUTION: An IC card according to the present invention comprises: a card body 2 in which a fitting hole 6 with a first recess 61 and a second recess 62 is formed and which includes a second antenna sheet 31, a first antenna sheet 33 having a first peripheral edge 61p on which a first bottom and a first side face of the first recess 61 cross each other, a conductive antenna coil 32, and a second sheet 42 which is laminated on the second antenna sheet 31 and has a second peripheral edge 62p on which a second bottom and a second side face of the second recess 62 cross each other; and an IC module 7 which is fitted into the fitting hole 6 of the card body 2 and includes a substrate 71, a contact terminal 74, and an IC chip 72.
