To provide a mask that allows formation and maintenance of a shape corresponding to a three-dimensional shape of the face to be executed easily and secures an excellent wearing feeling on the face.SOLUTION: A mask 1 includes a mask body part 2 exposed on the outside when worn on the face of a wearer and a face contact body 3 provided inside the mask body part 2, which comes in contact with the face of the wearer. The mask body part 2 includes a central part 6 for covering a right-left direction central part of the face of the wearer along a vertical direction, folded parts 7 connected to sides of the central part 6, which are folded along a vertical direction of the mask body part 2, and side parts 8 connected to sides of the folded parts 7, which cover sides of the face of the wearer.
