The cleaning device includes an attaching seat 31, a linear drive mechanism 32, a rotary drive mechanism 33, and a cleaning head 34. The linear drive mechanism is provided to the attaching seat. The rotary drive mechanism is attached to an execution end of the linear drive mechanism, and the linear drive mechanism can drive the rotary drive mechanism so as to reciprocate the same along a first direction. The cleaning head is provided to an output end of the rotary drive mechanism. The rotary drive mechanism can drive the cleaning head so as to reciprocate the same, and a first water flow passage is provided in the cleaning head. A first water inlet pipe communicated with the first water flow passage is connected to a first end of the cleaning head. Some first cleaning water outlet holes 342 communicated with the first water flow passage are opened on an end surface of a second end of the cleaning head.
