Summary:To provide an electromagnet device that can switch a voltage applied to an electromagnetic coil from an operating voltage to a holding voltage with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A electromagnet device uses electromagnetic force to drive a contact device. The electromagnet device includes an electromagnetic coil and a capacitor. The electromagnetic coil includes a first coil and a second coil connected in parallel to the first coil. The capacitor is connected to the second coil and charged by applying a voltage to the electromagnetic coil. The first coil and the second coil change from a non-conducting state to a conducting state by applying a voltage to the electromagnetic coil. When the charging of the capacitor is completed by applying a voltage to the electromagnetic coil, the current flowing through the second coil is cut off, and the second coil changes from the conductive state to the non-conductive state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】電磁コイルに印加する電圧を動作電圧から保持電圧に簡単な構成で切り替えられる電磁石装置を提供することにある。
