To provide an attachment device of an elastic cylindrical member and an attachment method of the elastic cylindrical member which can suppress twist of the elastic cylindrical member and stably detach the elastic cylindrical member from a receiving part.SOLUTION: An attachment device of an elastic cylindrical member comprises: a movable cylinder holding member which holds a movable cylinder; and a plurality of arms whose one end is fixed in a swingable manner to the movable cylinder holding member. The plurality of arms include a receiving part which changes the state to the diameter shrunk state and the diameter expanded state with swinging of the arms on the other end. The movable cylinder includes a flange part which constitutes a tip surface and the flange part includes a plurality of extrusion parts which have the different heights in the extrusion direction. The diameter of the elastic cylindrical member is expanded by bringing the receiving part into the diameter shrunk state with swinging of the arms, attaching the elastic cylindrical member to the receiving part and bringing the receiving part into the diameter expanded state with swinging of the arms. By moving the movable cylinder after diameter expansion, the extrusion part detaches a rubber band from the receiving part in the descending order of the heights in the extrusion direction, and the elastic cylindrical member is attached to an endoscope insertion part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】弾性筒状部材の捩じれを抑制し、弾性筒状部材を受け部から安定して外すことができる弾性筒状部材の装着装置、及び弾性筒状部材の装着方法を提供する。【解決手段】弾性筒状部材の装着装置は、可動筒を保持する可動筒保持部材と、可動筒保持部材に揺動自在に一端が固定された複数のアームを備える。複数のアームは、他端に、アームの揺動により縮径状態と拡径状態とに状態変化する受け部を備える。可動筒は先端面を構成するフランジ部を備え、フランジ部は押出し方向の高さが異なる複数の押出し部を備える。アームの揺動により受け部を縮径状態とし、弾性筒状部材を受け部に装着し、アームの揺動により受け部を拡径状態とすることで、弾性筒状部材を拡径する。拡径後に可動筒を移動させることで、押出し方向の高さが高い順に押出し部がゴムバンドを受け部から外し、弾性筒状部材が内視鏡挿入部に装着される。【選択図】図１
