Summary:To provide a pilot lamp whose visibility from the front is preferable and whose visibility from the lateral side or obliquely lateral side is also preferable.SOLUTION: In a pilot lamp having a body case (11) which incorporates a substrate (13) on which plural light emitting elements (12) are mounted, a peripheral wall of the body case is made from a light guide material, and tilted so as to approach the center of an attachment plane (20) as it gets closer to the attachment plane. The plural light emitting elements are mounted on the substrate so that light emitting directions face the peripheral wall of the body case, and the plural light emitting elements are configured to cause parts of light rays discharged outward from the peripheral wall to be irradiated to the surface of the attachment plane.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】正面からの視認性が良好であるとともに、真横や斜め横方からの視認性も良好な表示灯を提供する。【解決手段】複数の発光素子(１２)が実装された基板(１３)を内蔵した本体ケース(１１)を備えた表示灯において、前記本体ケースの周壁は、導光材により形成され、取付け面(２０)に向かうほど中央側に来るように傾斜され、複数の発光素子は光の出射方向が本体ケースの周壁を向くように基板上に実装され、前記周壁より外側へ放出された光の一部が取付け面の表面に照射されるように構成した。【選択図】図１
