Summary:To provide a valve device which throttles a flow rate at one flow-out port without changing a flow rate at the other flow-out port.SOLUTION: A valve device includes: a housing H defining a flow-in port 11d, a first flow-out port 11b which is open in an internal peripheral surface 11a centered at an axial line S while being separated in a circumferential direction Cd and forms a first opening width in the circumferential direction, a second flow-out port 11c forming a second opening width, and an accommodation chamber C; and a cylindrical valve body 30 which is arranged in the accommodation chamber and can open and close the first flow-out port and the second flow-out port by turning around the axial line.
