Summary:To provide a technology etc. which enables improvement of efficiency of driving of a diaphragm pump.SOLUTION: A diaphragm pump according to the present technology includes a first diaphragm, a second diaphragm, and an adjustment portion. The first diaphragm includes a first member including a first elastic portion, and a first drive unit that elastically deforms the first elastic portion by drive of the first drive unit. The second diaphragm includes a second member that includes a second elastic portion and forms a space, in which a fluid flows, with the first member, and a second drive unit that elastically deforms the second elastic portion.
