Summary:To provide an identification jig with a color correction color chart capable of accurately and easily photographing a specified range of a test object (for example, a tooth or a fruit), identifying the test object, and accurately identifying the color of the test object.SOLUTION: A personal identification mouth retractor 10 with a color correction color chart includes, on a right outer flange 20a and a left outer flange 20b, a right-side personal authentication/identification code plate 16a and a left-side personal authentication/identification code plate 16b on which two-dimensional bar codes (QR codes (registered trade mark)) and color correction color charts 21 are printed or attached.
