Summary:To perform management control that, when a leader mobile device is delayed, the effect of the delay on other automotive vehicles is kept to a minimum, and the calculation costs of a management system are promptly restored at a minimum.SOLUTION: A mobile device management control system comprises: a plurality of travel control devices each mounted on a mobile device to control travel along a travel path; a management station that manages operation of the plurality of travel control devices; and a communication means for communicating between the travel control devices and the management station. The mobile device management control system characterized in that: the management station comprises a management control device that performs blocking control which divides an operating range of the plurality of mobile devices into a plurality of sections, and allocates blockage control sections to each mobile device with a range in which operation is possible with no overlap between mobile devices as an operable range; and when a delay occurs in a travel speed of the mobile device, the management control device integrates the blockage control section of the mobile device in which the delay occurred, and the blockage control section of the subsequent mobile device, and performs operation of the mobile device in which the delay occurred and the subsequent mobile device as one integrated blockage control section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】先頭移動装置が遅延した際に、遅延の他車への影響最小限に止めると共に、管制システムの計算コストを最小限で早期に復旧する管制制御を行う。【解決手段】移動装置に搭載されて走行路上を走行制御する走行制御装置と、複数の走行制御装置の運行動作を管理する管制局と、走行制御装置と管制局の間で通信を行うための通信手段を備える移動装置の管制制御システムであって、管制局は、複数の移動装置の動作範囲を複数の区間に分割し、移動装置間で相互に重複しない動作可能な範囲を動作許可範囲として各移動装置に閉塞制御区間を割り当てる閉塞制御を行う管制制御装置を備え、管制制御装置は、移動装置の走行速度に遅延が生じた時に、遅延が生じた移動装置の閉塞制御区間と、これに後続する移動装置の閉塞制御区間と、を統合して、1つの統合閉塞制御区間として遅延が生じた移動装置と後続する移動装置の運行を行うことを特徴とする移動装置の管制制御システム。【選択図】図4
