Summary:To provide an air conditioner that can stop a fan during thermo-OFF in heating operation, and set thermo-ON at appropriate timing.SOLUTION: An air conditioner is a multi-type air conditioner which has an outdoor unit, a plurality of indoor units, and a control device, and which is connected to a temperature sensor provided in a room. The air conditioner: when thermo-OFF is set, stops a fan and stores a temperature measured by the temperature sensor in the room; when the temperature measured by the temperature sensor in the room after the stop of the fan drops by a prescribed temperature or more below the stored temperature, restarts the operation of the fan; and when a prescribed time is elapsed since the restart of the operation of the fan, determines whether to return from thermo-OFF to thermo-ON on the basis of a temperature measured by a temperature sensor of the indoor unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】暖房運転のサーモOFF時にファンを停止し、且つ適切なタイミングでサーモONできる空調機を提供する。【解決手段】空調機は、室外機と、複数の室内機と、制御装置とを有し、部屋に設けられた温度センサと接続されたマルチ型の空調機であって、サーモOFFとなると、ファンを停止し、部屋の温度センサが計測した温度を記憶し、ファン停止後に部屋の温度センサが計測した温度が、記憶した温度よりも所定温度以上低下すると、ファンの運転を再開し、ファン運転の再開から規定時間が経過すると、室内機の温度センサが計測する温度に基づいて、サーモOFFからサーモONへ復帰するかどうかを判定する。【選択図】図1
