To provide an image sensor and an electronic device including the same.SOLUTION: The image sensor includes: a pixel array that includes a first pixel coupled with a first column line and a second pixel coupled with a second column line, each of the first and second pixels including a first photodiode (PD) and a second PD sharing a floating diffusion node, the first and second pixels operating in a first mode and a second mode on the basis of the first PD and operating in a third mode and a fourth mode on the basis of the second PD; and an analog-to-digital conversion circuit that performs analog-to-digital conversion of a pixel signal outputted via the first and second column lines, including a first correlated double sampling (CDS) circuit, a second CDS circuit, and a third CDS circuit for reading the pixel signal.
