The metal composite compound comprises at least one metal element selected from a group consisting of Ni, Co and Mn, and it satisfies all of the requirements (1) to (3) below. (1) The average particle strength is 10 MPa or more and below 45 MPa. (2) The average particle diameter D50 is 1.0 μm or more and 4.0 μm or less.
