To increase fitness to a wearer while reducing rough feeling that the wearer feels in using by overlapping an absorbent pad on the inside of an underpants-type absorbent article.SOLUTION: In an underpants-type absorbent article (1) including an absorbent core (31), an absorbent pad (2) provided with absorbent cores (411, 421) includes an underpants side deformation guide part (33, 34) which deforms an absorbent core (31) in a protruding shape to a skin side on the inside of an outer edge of an absorbent core (31) so that the absorbent cores (411, 421) make contact with a protruding part of an absorbent pad (2) deformed in the protruding shape to the skin side in a crotch part when the absorbent article is worn in a manner that the absorbent pad is arranged on a skin side surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11 【課題】パンツ型吸収性物品の内側に吸収性パッドを重ねて使用する場合に、着用者が感じるごわつき感を軽減しつつ、着用者へのフィット性を高めること。【解決手段】吸収性コア（３１）を備えるパンツ型吸収性物品（１）であって、吸収性コア（４１１，４２１）を備える吸収性パッド（２）が、肌側面に配置されて着用された際に、股下部において、吸収性コア（４１１，４２１）が肌側に凸状に変形する吸収性パッド（２）の凸部に接触するように、吸収性コア（３１）を肌側に凸状に変形させるパンツ側変形誘導部（３３，３４）を、吸収性コア（３１）の外縁よりも内側に備えることを特徴とする。【選択図】図１１
