Summary:To provide a rotating electric machine capable of reducing the loss and increasing efficiency thereof by improving the shape of a stator core.SOLUTION: In the rotating electric machine, defining the width of the teeth base of a teeth brim 24 constituting a slot 30 of a stator as h1, the width of the tip as h2, the length of the slot side as L1, and the length at the rotor side as L2, the teeth brim 24 is formed with dimensions that satisfy (L1+L2)/(h1+h2)≥2.4 and 0.4≤h2/h1≤1.1. When inserting the coil into the slot 30, opposing two teeth brims 24a and 24b are bent inward to widen a gap W0, and after inserting the coil, two teeth brims 24a and 24b are bent back to the original shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】固定子コアの形状を改良することにより、回転電機の損失を低減させて効率を高める。【解決手段】固定子のスロット30を構成するティースつば部24のティース付根部の幅をh1、先端部の幅をh2、スロット側長さをL1、回転子側の長さをL2とした場合に、(L1+L2)/(h1+h2)≧2.4 かつ 0.4≦h2/h1≦1.1を満足させる寸法にてティースつば部24を形成した。スロット30内にコイルを挿入する際には、対向する2つのティースつば部24a、24bを径方向内側に曲げて間隔W0を広げ、コイルの挿入後に2つのティースつば部24a、24bを元の形状に曲げ戻すようにした。【選択図】 図3
