Outside air passes through (or flows into) the intake port 2 toward the interior of the housing 6. Inside air passes through (or flows into) the upper exhaust port 3 from the interior of the housing 6 toward the upper side of the housing 6. Inside air passes through (or flows into) the lower exhaust port 4 from the interior of the housing 6 toward the side of or the lower side of the housing 6.
