Summary:To eliminate the necessity of automatically stopping a vehicular load-receiving platform elevating device, to regulate a rise of the load-receiving platform with loading amount lighter than that in overloading, and to contribute to prevention of damage of the device and improvement of safety in work, when hydraulic pressure of a hydraulic cylinder rises in an overloading state or even when the hydraulic pressure of the hydraulic cylinder rises by further performing a rise command after the load-receiving platform reaches a rise end in a normal loading state, in a rise process of the load-receiving platform.SOLUTION: A vehicular load-receiving platform elevating device includes: an elevating guide mechanism G which elevates and guides a load-receiving platform 1 between a mounting place and a load carrying-platform floor surface; a hydraulic cylinder CL which can raise and drive the load-receiving platform 1; a hydraulic pump which forcibly feeds oil of an oil tank to the hydraulic cylinder CL; and a relief valve which relieves a part of hydraulic oil forcibly fed from the hydraulic pump to the hydraulic cylinder CL. The relief valve is opened by prescribed relief pressure lower than hydraulic pressure of the hydraulic cylinder CL when the load-receiving platform 1 is in an overloading state in a rise process of the load-receiving platform 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】荷受台の上昇過程において、過積載状態で油圧シリンダの油圧が上昇する場合や、正常な積載状態で荷受台が上昇端到着後もなお上昇指令がなされて油圧シリンダの油圧が上昇した場合でも、装置を自動停止させる必要を無くし、また過積載の場合よりも軽い積載量で荷受台の上昇を規制して、装置の破損防止や作業の安全性向上に寄与する。【解決手段】荷受台1を載置場所と荷台床面との間で昇降案内する昇降案内機構Gと荷受台1を上昇駆動可能な油圧シリンダCLと油圧シリンダCLに油タンクの油を圧送する油圧ポンプと油圧ポンプから油圧シリンダCLに圧送される作動油の一部をリリーフさせるリリーフ弁とを備え、リリーフ弁が、荷受台1の上昇過程では、荷受台1が過積載状態である場合の油圧シリンダCLの油圧よりも低い所定リリーフ圧で開弁する【選択図】図2
