Summary:To provide a three-dimensional shape measuring device that can reduce the burden in calculation processing, and also provide a three-dimensional shape measuring device that can perform more accurate measurements.SOLUTION: A three-dimensional shape measuring device 1 includes: a projection unit 20 configured to project, onto a measurement object, a measurement pattern 21 composed of a graph having nodes and edges that have characteristics distinguishable by the connection state of line segments; an imaging unit 30 configured to capture an image of the measurement pattern 21 projected onto the measurement object; and a calculation unit 120 configured to calculate a three-dimensional shape of the measurement object based on the image captured by the imaging unit 30.
