Summary:To provide an ion guide and a mass spectrometer, capable of achieving both of a high-ion fetching efficiency and a high-ion convergence efficiency.SOLUTION: In an ion guide, an ion is directed from an inlet side to an outlet side, and the ion progresses in an inner space. The ion guide comprises a plurality of plate-like electrodes, and the plurality of plate-like electrodes is laminated to a lamination direction orthogonal to a progressing direction where the ion is progressed with an interval. At least two of the plurality of plate-like electrodes are an inclination plate-like electrode having an inclination surface inclined to the progressing direction to a part faced to the inner surface. Each inclination plate-like electrode includes an inclination start point that the inclination surface is started at an end surface on the inlet side.
