Summary:To uniformize a speed of center part fluid and a speed of peripheral part fluid so as to uniformize degrees of sterilization regardless of the deference of positions flowing in a flow path without variation of speeds of water flowing in the flow path by difference of positions of the flow path.SOLUTION: A fluid-sterilizing apparatus includes: a flow path 100 for flowing water which is a sterilization-objective fluid; an introduction pipe 500 for introducing the fluid to the flow path 100; a rectification part 700 provided between the introduction pipe 500 and the flow path 100; and a light source module 200 including a light source 210 for irradiating the water flowing in the flow path 100 with ultraviolet rays, where the rectification part 700 is obtained by arranging with a distance an upstream-side rectification plate 710 and a downstream-side rectification plate 720 provided with a plurality of openings 711, 721, and the rectification plates 710, 720 are obtained by boring openings 711, 721 using the same metal mold with a definite distance so that positions of the openings 711, 721 are made different with regard to respective rectification plates 710, 720 by staggering the plates when boring the openings 711, 721.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】中心部分の流体の速度と周辺部分の流体の速度とを均一化、すなわち流路の位置の違いによって流路内を流れる水の速度のばらつきがなく、流路内を流れる位置の違いに関わらず、殺菌の程度を均一化する。【解決手段】殺菌対象となる流体である水が流通される流路100と、流路100に流体を導く導入管500と、導入管500と流路100との間に設けられる整流部700と、流路100内を流通する水に紫外線を照射する光源210を含む光源モジュール200とを備え、整流部700は複数個の開口711、721が開設された上流側整流板710と下流側整流板720とを間隔を空けて設置したものであり、整流板710、720は同一の金型を用いて板材に開口711、721を一定間隔で開設したものであり、開口711、721を開設する際に板材をずらすことで各整流板710、720ごとに開口711、721の位置を異ならせている。【選択図】 図1
