Summary:To create clear ruled lines similar to those of a Thomson die with a convex roller method by simply inputting information into a computer in a ruled line processing machine.SOLUTION: There is provided a ruled line processing machine, comprising an NC machine that is configured to: fix an outer periphery of a processing material onto a table top edge plate 23 of a table 21 with a clamp 17; have a Y-axis frame 25 in which a convex roller 7 or knife 10 is rotatably movable on XYZ axes and an entire processing area on a top of the processing material; and have a support plate 1 movable in XY axes having a sufficient area to support the processing material and having a plurality of ruled grooves reaching four corners of an objective ruled area of the processing material at a bottom of the processing material. When the ruled lines for the processing material are created, a head unit 26 is moved to a ruled line creation position, the support plate moves the ruled grooves so as to engage with the convex roller 7 or knife 10 of the head unit 26, the convex roller 7 or knife 10 of the head unit 26 is pressed against the ruled grooves and moved together to process the ruled lines, and ruled lines in the entire processing area are processed by sequentially changing a set of the ruled grooves at different positions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】罫線加工機のコンピューターに入力するだけで、凸型ローラー方式でトムソン抜型と同等の明瞭な罫線を入れる。【解決手段】加工材はテーブル21のテーブル上面縁板23にクランプ17で外周部を固定し、加工材上部に凸型ローラー7またはナイフ10を全加工範囲にXYZ軸、旋回移動できるY軸フレーム25を備え、加工材下部に加工材の罫線対象部の四隅に届く、複数個の罫溝部を備えた加工材を支えるのに十分な面積のXY軸に動く受け板1を備えたNC装置であって、加工材の罫線を作製するときは、罫線の作製位置にヘッド部26を移動させ、受け板はヘッド部26の凸型ローラー7またはナイフ10にかみ合うように罫溝部を移動し、ヘッド部26の凸型ローラー7またはナイフ10を罫溝部に押しさげて共に移動して罫線加工し、異なる位置の罫溝部と順次セット替えして全加工範囲の罫線加工することを特徴とする罫線加工機。【選択図】図1
