To provide a fire-extinguishing system which can avoid the occurrence of an accident by stopping or delaying discharge of fire-extinguishing gas when there is a person in a fire-extinguishing section.SOLUTION: A fire-extinguishing system comprises: a fire-extinguishing agent discharge device; a starting device which starts a discharge operation by receiving a start signal; an antenna which receives a radio wave at a prescribed frequency transmitted from a portable transmitter existing in a fire-extinguishing section; and a control device which transmits the start signal to the starting device. The control device comprises: radio signal reception means which receives a radio signal transmitted from the antenna; clocking means which clocks the elapsed time from detection of the occurrence of a fire in the fire-extinguishing section; discharge start time setting means which sets the discharge start time from the time of determination of the fire occurrence to the transmission start of the start signal; and discharge decision means which decides transmission of the start signal when it is determined that the elapsed time reaches the discharge start time. When the radio signal reception means receives the radio signal, the discharge start time is changed to be longer than the prescribed length.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】消火区域内に人が居る場合に消火ガスの放出を停止または遅らせることで事故の発生を回避することができる消火システムを提供する。【解決手段】消火剤放出装置と、開始信号を受けて放出動作を開始する起動装置と、消火区域内に存在する携帯送信器から送信される所定周波数の電波を受信するアンテナと、起動装置へ開始信号を送信する制御装置とを備えた消火システムにおいて、前記制御装置は、アンテナから伝送された電波信号を受信する電波信号受信手段と、消火区域において火災の発生が検出されてからの経過時間を計時する計時手段と、火災発生の判断時から開始信号の送信開始までの放出開始時間を設定する放出開始時間設定手段と、経過時間が放出開始時間に達したと判断すると開始信号の送信を決定する放出決定手段とを有し、電波信号受信手段が電波信号を受信すると放出開始時間を既定の長さより長く設定変更するようにした。【選択図】図２
