Summary:To provide a cargo box fixing structure of a vehicle that suppresses stress concentration on a weld zone between a mount bracket and a frame.SOLUTION: A cargo box fixing structure of a vehicle is fixed on an outer wall 24 of a side frame 6 extending in a vehicle front-back direction to fix a cargo box 4 to the side frame 6 via a mount bracket 3. The mount bracket 3 includes an upper wall 30 extending outward in a vehicle width direction from the outer wall 24 of the side frame 6 to fix the cargo box 4 and support side walls 31, 32 fixed to the outer wall 24 by welding to support the upper wall 30.
