To provide an image recording device having a recording head driven through a belt, in which a holding member holding a driven pulley and mounted on a frame to be movable relatively with respect to a driving pulley is prevented from coming off from the frame.SOLUTION: An image recording device comprises: a belt that is stretched around a driving puller and a driven puller; a recording head fixed to the belt; a holding member holding the driven pulley; and a frame on which the holding member is mounted to be movable relatively to the driving pulley. The frame has a first opening part that penetrates from a front surface side at which the holding member is held to a rear surface side, and extends in a relative moving direction of the holding member. The holding member has a claw part that penetrates through the first opening part and engages with the frame from the rear surface side. The first opening part has, at an end part close to the driving pulley, an enlarged opening portion through which the claw part can pass without engaging with the frame.
