Summary:To provide an image forming apparatus that can improve the accuracy of positioning of a second cartridge with respect to a first cartridge without increasing the size of the first cartridge.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus comprises: an apparatus body that has a first positioning part; a first cartridge that has a second positioning part; and a second cartridge that has a storage part configured to store developer and a first part to be positioned and a second part to be positioned, the second cartridge attachable to the apparatus body in an attachment direction.
