Summary:To further develop a conventional technology.SOLUTION: A toner cartridge has: (a) a first rotating member that is rotatable around an axis line extending in an axial direction; (b) a frame body that is provided with a first chamber, a second chamber, a first opening, and a second opening for storing toner, and that has (i) a wall that partitions the first chamber and the second chamber from each other to prevent the toner from moving between the first chamber and the second chamber, and (ii) a first end and a second end opposite to the first end in the axial direction, wherein (iii) the first chamber accommodates the first rotating member, the outside of the frame body and the first chamber are communicated through the first opening, and the outside of the frame body and the second chamber are communicated through the second opening; and (c) a memory that has a memory contact electrically connected with a storage element.
