Summary:To solve the problem in which, when a gap between a discharge electrode and a counter electrode reduces due to water droplets caused by dew condensation, electric discharge does not occur between the discharge electrode and the counter electrode and a dehumidification property deteriorates.SOLUTION: A drying device includes: a blower 15 for allowing air to flow into a storage chamber 5 from the other end of a duct 10 through a circulation passage 12; a heater 16 for heating the air passing through the circulation passage 12; and a dehumidification device 30 for dehumidifying the air passing through the circulation passage 12.
