Summary: | To stably measure electric response characteristics to a variety of objects.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a probe 10 which measures electric response characteristics imparted to an object, and comprises: a cone 20; a first electrode surface 33 formed at a part of a cone surface of the cone; a second electrode surface 53 formed at a part of the cone surface; an isolation surface 43 formed at a part of the cone surface and isolating the first electrode surface 33 and second electrode surface 53 with an insulator; and first wiring connected electrically to the first electrode surface and second wiring connected electrically to the second electrode surface. 【課題】様々な対象物に対する電気の応答特性を安定的に測定可能にする。【解決手段】対象物に付与する電気の応答特性を測定するプローブ10であって、錐体20と、錐体の錐面の一部に形成される第一電極面33と、錐面の一部に形成される第二電極面53と、錐面の一部に形成され、絶縁体によって第一電極面33と第二電極面53を隔離させる隔離面43と、第一電極面に電気的に接続される第一配線と、第二電極面に電気的に接続される第二配線と、を備えるようにした。この第一電極面33及び第二電極面53は、第一配線及び第二配線を経由して応答検出装置(信号検出装置200)に接続可能とした。【選択図】図1 |
