To provide a straddle-type vehicle that can avoid discomfort of a driver due to the heat in a hot environment and discomfort of the driver due to the cold in a cold environment.SOLUTION: A straddle-type vehicle includes: a heat exchanger 17 disposed located in front of a driver together with an engine 16 as drive source for running and configured to allow travel wind to be distributed from the front side to the rear side and heat-exchanged with a cooling medium of the engine 16; a wind guiding member 18 covering the heat exchanger 17 from behind and provided with a wind discharge hole 18b through which the travel wind distributed through the heat exchanger 17 is discharged; a cowl 23 covering both left and right sides of the wind guiding member 18 and provided with openings 24 formed close to a leg Rf of the driver R; and an adjustment member 27 configured to adjust the flow of the travel wind discharged from the wind discharge hole 18b of the wind guiding member 18 through the openings 24 of the cowl 23 to flow to the leg Rf of the driver R.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】高温環境で暑さによる運転者の不快感を防止でき、低温環境では寒さによる運転者の不快感を防止することができる鞍乗り型車両を提供する。【解決手段】走行用動力源のエンジン１６と共に運転者の前方位置に配設され、走行風を前方から後方へと流通させてエンジン１６の冷却媒体と熱交換させる熱交換器１７と、熱交換器１７を後方から覆い、熱交換器１７を流通した走行風を排出する排風口１８ｂが形成された導風部材１８と、導風部材１８の左右両側を覆い、且つ運転者Ｒの脚部Ｒfの近接位置に開口部２４が形成されたカウル２３と、導風部材１８の排風口１８ｂから排出されてカウル２３の開口部２４を経て運転者Ｒの脚部Ｒfへと流れる走行風の量を調整する調整部材２７とを備えた。【選択図】図６
