Summary:To provide an electronic apparatus which can secure robustness, and easily assembles a member, and provide a manufacturing method of such an electronic apparatus.SOLUTION: A projection device 10 comprises: an upper case 22; a lower case 24 that is provided so that an inner component IP is arranged between the upper cases 22 and 22; and each of panels 32, 34, 36, and 38 provided to each side surface sides between the upper case 22 and the lower case 24. Then, each of the panels 32, 34, 36, and 38 includes annular parts 32R, 34R, 36R, and 38R that open so as to be penetrated to a vertical direction as well as being provided toward an inner component IP side. The upper case 22 includes a first boss B1 inserted into the annular parts 32R, 34R, 36R, and 38R as well as being extended to the vertical direction.
