To provide a liquid jet head whose fixed plate can be suppressed from being damaged, a liquid jet head unit and a liquid jet device.SOLUTION: The liquid jet head comprises: a first head chip 20A including a first nozzle plate 22A having a plurality of nozzles 21 formed therein, whose first direction is defined as a longitudinal direction; a second head chip 20B including a second nozzle plate 22B having a plurality of nozzles 21 formed therein, whose longitudinal direction is defined as the first direction; a fixed plate 40 having a first opening portion 41A and a second opening portion 41B, to which the first head chip 20A and the second head chip 20B are fixed; and a protection part 61 that protrudes in a jetting direction more than a surface 40a of the fixed plate 40.
