本発明は、抗ウイルス剤及び抗うつ剤を有効成分として含有し、ビグアニド系化合物を添加することができる、癌の予防または治療用の薬学的組成物に関し、さらに詳しくは、抗ウイルス剤として、エファビレンツ、エトラビリン、リルピビリン及びロピナビルを、並びに抗うつ剤として、フルオキセチン、フルボキサミン、パロキセチン、セルトラリン、デュロキセチン、アミトリプチリン、クロミプラミン、ノルトリプチリン、デシプラミン、アモキサピン、マプロチリン、トリミプラミン、プロトリプチリン及びメリトラセンを複合、混合または併用投与するか、あるいはエファビレンツ及びフルオキセチンに対して、ビグアニド系化合物であるメトホルミンを加えて複合、混合または併用投与する場合、それぞれを単独で投与した場合と比較して、有意に高い相乗的抗癌活性を示すことが確認されたため、本発明による抗ウイルス剤及び抗うつ剤は、癌の予防または治療用組成物の有効成分として有用に用いることができる。【選択図】図１ The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating cancer comprising an antiviral agent and an antidepressant as an active ingredient and to which a biguanide-based compound can be added, and more specifically, efavirenz, etravirine, rilpivirine and lopinavir, as antiviral agents, and fluoxetine, fluvoxamine, paroxetine, sertraline, duloxetine, amitriptyline, clomipramine, nortriptyline, desipramine, amoxapine, maprotiline, trimipramine, protriptyline and melitracen, as antidepressants, in complex, mixture, or combination administration, or efavirenz and fluoxetine with metformin, a biguanide compound, in complex, mixture, or combination administration, shows the significant synergistic anti-cancer activity than when each was administered alone, and so, finally the antiviral agent and antidepressant according to the present invention can be effectively used as an active ingredient in a composition for preventing or treating cancer.
