Summary:To provide a construction machine which can suppress the lag-down of an engine irrespective of an operation content of an operator and load states of fluid-pressure actuators.SOLUTION: A controller 50 calculates requirement torque being torque which is required for an engine 9 by closed circuit pumps 12, 13 and open circuit pumps 14, 15 on the basis of requirement flow rates of fluid-pressure actuators 1, 3, 5 and 7, the outlet/inlet pressure of the fluid-pressure actuators 1, 3, 5 and 7, requirement discharge flow rates of the open circuit pumps 14, 15, and the outlet pressure of the open circuit pumps 14, 15. When a requirement torque change rate being a change rate of the requirement torque exceeds a prescribed change rate, the controller limits at least one discharge flow rate out of those of the closed circuit pumps 12, 13, and the open circuit pumps 14, 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】オペレータの操作内容や液圧アクチュエータの負荷状態にかかわらず、エンジンのラグダウンを抑制できる建設機械を提供する。【解決手段】コントローラ50は、液圧アクチュエータ1,3,5,7の要求流量と、液圧アクチュエータ1,3,5,7の出入口圧と、開回路ポンプ14,15の要求吐出流量と、開回路ポンプ14,15の出口圧とに基づいて、閉回路ポンプ12,13および開回路ポンプ14,15がエンジン9に要求するトルクである要求トルクを演算し、前記要求トルクの変化率である要求トルク変化率が所定の変化率を上回った場合に、閉回路ポンプ12,13および開回路ポンプ14,15の少なくとも1つの吐出流量を制限する。【選択図】 図3
