Summary: | To provide a molded body which is excellent in mechanical strength such as high rigidity and abrasion resistance and has texture and moisture absorption, which are equivalent to wood, and a manufacturing method of the molded body.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a molded body includes the steps of: steam-treating wood chips; impregnating the wood chips which are steam-treated in phenol resin; and flow-molding the wood chips impregnated in phenol resin at 160°C or higher and pressure of 25 MPa or higher. 【課題】本発明は、高剛性、耐摩耗性などの機械的強度に優れると共に、木材と同等の質感、吸湿性を有する成形体と、この成形体の製造方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】本発明の一態様に係る成形体の製造方法は、木片を水蒸気処理するステップと、水蒸気処理をした前記木片をフェノール樹脂に浸漬けするステップと、フェノール樹脂に浸漬けした前記木片を160℃以上かつ25MPa以上の圧力で流動成形するステップとを備える。本発明の一態様に係る成形体は、水蒸気処理した複数の木片をフェノール樹脂に浸付して流動成形することにより前記複数の木片が界面溶着している成形体である。【選択図】なし |
