Summary: | To perform virus inspection of a subject efficiently in a short time at small number of facilities.SOLUTION: An initialization light source of a protein detector is allowed to emit light, a filter is irradiated with ultraviolet light, exhalation introduction means is installed to the protein detector, sucking means is driven, and the filter is allowed to capture at least a part of aerosol included in exhalation sucked into a box via the exhalation introduction means. After stopping the sucking means, an excitation light source is allowed to emit light and the filter is imaged by imaging means, an image of the filter imaged by the imaging means is received in determination means, the number of light emission regions included in the image of the filter are totaled, and whether or not a virus is present in the exhalation of the subject is determined on the basis of a result obtained by totaling the number of the light emission regions. The exhalation introduction means is prepared for each subject, and has a tube structure a part of which is detachably inserted into connecting means of the protein detector, and which is capable of introducing the exhalation into a suction port of the protein detector.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】被検者のウイルス検査を、少ない設備で効率よく短時間で行う。【解決手段】タンパク質検出装置の初期化光源を発光させ、フィルタに紫外線を照射し、タンパク質検出装置に呼気導入手段を装着し、吸引手段を駆動して、呼気導入手段を介して箱体の内部に吸引した呼気内に含まれるエアロゾルの少なくとも一部をフィルタに捕捉させ、吸引手段を停止した後、励起光源を発光させるとともに撮影手段で前記フィルタを撮影し、判定手段において、撮影手段で撮影したフィルタの画像を受信し、フィルタの画像に含まれる発光領域を集計し、発光領域の集計の結果に基づいて被検者の呼気にウイルスが存在するか否かを判定する。呼気導入手段は、被検者ごとに用意され、被検者ごとに用意され、タンパク質検出装置の接続手段に一部が着脱可能に挿入され、タンパク質検出装置の吸気口に前記呼気を導入可能な管構造である。【選択図】図1 |
