To provide a sheet conveyance device and an image formation apparatus which can prevent the occurrence of a conveyance failure of a sheet.SOLUTION: A sheet conveyance device comprises: a first conveyor belt which is arranged so as to correspond to an image formation unit that forms an image on a sheet and which conveys the sheet by suctioning the sheet; and a second conveyor belt which is arranged on the downstream side of the first conveyor belt in the conveyance direction of the sheet and conveys the sheet by suctioning the sheet delivered from the first conveyor belt.
