To allow a user to effectively memorize a word which the user wants to memorize.SOLUTION: An extraction procedure extracts a prescribed subtitle and a word selected by a user from the prescribed subtitle during display of the prescribed subtitle in subtitles of a prescribed video moving image being viewed by a user in video moving images with subtitles in which the voice uttered in a language according to the attribute of the user is translated in a prescribed language. A generation procedure adds the word extracted by the extraction procedure to a first region corresponding to the prescribed video moving image of the first regions set for respective video moving images, and adds the prescribed subtitle extracted by the extraction procedure to the second region set for each video moving image correspondingly to the first region and corresponding to the prescribed video moving image for supporting memorization of the word added to the first region to generate a dictionary that has the words selected by the user for each video moving image.
