Summary:To provide a dehumidification device with a bacteria-eliminating function capable of suppressing reduction of dehumidification performance accompanying gasifying and discharging of hypochlorite.SOLUTION: A dehumidification device 2 with a bacteria-eliminating function comprises: a dehumidification unit that dehumidifies air distributed at a refrigeration cycle 9 composed of a compressor 9a, a radiator 9b, an expander 9c, and a heat sink 9d; a hypochlorite evaporation unit 11 that adds a hypochlorite gas to the distributed air; a heat exchanger 10 that exchanges heat between air flowing through a first heat exchange path 10a and air flowing through a second heat exchange path 10b, inside thereof; a first dehumidification path 7 through which a first part (first airflow 3a) of air sucked through a suction port 5 is distributed through the heat sink 9d and the first heat exchange path 10a in this order; and a second dehumidification path 8 through which a second part (second airflow 3b) of air sucked through the suction port 5 is distributed through the second heat exchange path 10b and the hypochlorite evaporation unit 11 in this order.
