Summary:To confirm that there is a situation in which communication between a user of an electronic appliance and others is hindered by the uses of the electronic appliance.SOLUTION: Communication requests from others to users of electronic appliances are evaluated. A user response to the request is evaluated. Based on an evaluation result of the request and an evaluation result of the response, it is determined whether communication between the user and another person is being hindered by the use of the electronic appliance.
