Summary:To provide a top layer composite material in a composite face layer of a tunnel and a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: There are provided an upper surface layer composite material in a composite surface layer of a tunnel comprising, by wt.%, 4 to 7 parts of an SBS modified asphalt, 70 to 90 parts of a coarse aggregate, 10 to 15 parts of a fine aggregate, 6 to 10 parts of an ore powder, 1 to 3 parts of cement, 0.2 to 0.5 part of composite fiber, 8 to 12 parts of a flame retardant, 0.5 to 1 part of a peeling inhibitor, and 0.3 to 0.6 part of a surfactant, and a method for producing the same.EFFECT: The upper surface layer composite material in the composite surface layer of the tunnel of the present invention is an asphalt composite, which has better compatibility among the raw materials in the asphalt composite of the present invention, is easy to disperse, not only has better flame-retardant performance, but also has better road surface performance, and effectively prolongs the service life of the road surface.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】トンネルの複合面層における上面層合材及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】重量%として、SBS改質アスファルト4~7部と、粗骨材70~90部と、細骨材10~15部と、鉱石粉6~10部と、セメント1~3部と、複合繊維0.2~0.5部と、難燃剤8~12部と、剥離防止剤0.5~1部と、界面活性剤0.3~0.6部とを含むトンネルの複合面層における上面層合材及びその製造方法。【効果】本発明のトンネルの複合面層における上面層合材はアスファルト合材であり、本発明のアスファルト合材における各原料の間により良好な相溶性を有し、分散しやすく、より良好な難燃性能を有するだけでなく、より良好な路面性能を有し、路面の耐用年数を効果的に延長させる。【選択図】なし
