Summary:To provide a thermal analysis system which can easily perform a heating analysis while suppressing an atmospheric exposure accompanied by the movement of a specimen, and a thermal analysis method.SOLUTION: A thermal analysis system 100 of the present disclosure comprises a specimen preparation part 10 and a thermal analysis part 20. The specimen preparation part 10 has a wall part 110 forming an internal space, a gate part 111 which can open and close an opening part 110a of the wall part 110, a specimen holding member 120 having a specimen holder 121 and a temperature sensor 122, a moving mechanism 130 for moving the specimen holder 121 into a thermal analysis part 20, a seal mechanism 140 for sealing the specimen holder 121 to the internal space of the specimen preparation part 10, and a coupling mechanism 150 for connecting a heating tube 210 of the thermal analysis part 20 to the gate part 111 in a state that the heating tube is sealed to the outside.
