Summary:To provide a method and a system for assessing multi-level risks of antibiotic residues in water environments, in the technical field of water environment assessment.SOLUTION: An assessing method according to the present invention comprises: a step S1 of monitoring environment; a step S2 of preliminary screening antibiotics: a step S3 of assessing microbial drug resistance; and a step S4 of performing high-level assessment. The step S2 comprises: a step S2-1 of determining an octanol/water partition coefficient; and a step S2-2 of determining antibiotic environment concentration. The present invention performs a cascade evaluation of target antibiotics or derivatives thereof in water environments having risks, and performs high-level assessment and high-risk assessment on differences in the drug resistances, thereby enabling identifying antibiotic types having high ecological risks which should be restricted or prohibited.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】本発明は、環境保護の技術分野に属し、水環境中の残留抗生物質に対するマルチレベルのリスク評価方法および評価システムを提供する。【解決手段】本発明の評価方法は、環境を監視するステップS1と、抗生物質を初期スクリーニングするテップS2と、微生物の薬品耐性を評価するステップS3と、高レベル評価を行うステップS4と、を含み、前記ステップS2はオクタノール/水分配係数を判定するステップS2-1と抗生物質の環境濃度を判定するステップS2-2とを含む。本方法は、リスクを有する水環境の目標抗生物質または目標抗生物質の誘導体のカスケード評価を行い、薬品耐性の相違に対して、高レベル評価およびリスク評価を行うことで、制限または禁止する必要がある生態学的リスクの高い抗生物質種類を特定することができる。【選択図】図1
