Summary:To provide a vehicle position adjustment device capable of making vehicles face each other without contacting a side surface of wheels of a vehicle, and a vehicle position adjustment method using the vehicle position adjustment device.SOLUTION: A vehicle position adjustment device has a plurality of constituent units 2. Each constituent unit 2 is movable in a horizontal direction with respect to a fixing part 4, and has a movement member 5 provided so as to be rotatable with respect to the fixing part 4. The movement member 5 has two rollers 9 on which wheels 11 of a vehicle can be placed and rotated. A first engagement part is provided for the movement member 5. A second engagement part engaging with the first engagement part is provided for the fixing part 4. The first engagement part and the second engagement part can be changed into an engagement state and a non-engagement state.
