To provide a packaging bag capable of efficiently discharging steam, that exhibits excellent productivity.SOLUTION: According to a packaging bag relating to the present invention, the packaging bag in which a packaged article is stored in a sealing state to subject the packaged article to a heat treatment comprises a pair of sheets. The sheets comprise a seal part whose at least part of a peripheral edge part is sealed in an overlapping state in a peelable manner. The seal part comprises a notch capable of cutting the sheets at a central part in a length direction. It is so constituted that the seal part is peelable via rise of an inner pressure during heating of the packaged article, and communicates an inside and an outside of the bag through the notch by peeling the seal part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】蒸気を効率的に排出することができるとともに、生産性に優れる包装袋を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】本発明に係る包装袋は、被包装物を密封した状態で収容し、被包装物を加熱処理する包装袋であって、対をなすシートを備え、前記シートは、重ね合わされた状態で、周縁部の少なくとも一部が剥離可能にシールされたシール部を有し、前記シール部は、長さ方向における中央部に前記シートを切断可能なノッチを有し、前記シール部は、被包装物の加熱時における内圧の上昇により剥離可能で、該シール部の剥離によってノッチを通して袋内外を連通するように構成されている。【選択図】図１
