The bobbin 30 comprises: a first covering part 31 which covers an end surface in an axial direction of the teeth 23; and a second covering part 32 which covers an end surface 25 in a circumferential direction of the teeth 23. The first covering part 31 comprises an irregular guide part 33 which guides a lead wire 41 forming the coil 40.
