To provide a composite fiber having excellent collection property of moisture in the air and a fiber product and a moisture collection device using the composite fiber.SOLUTION: A composite fiber is provided involving a hydrophobic polymer and a hydrophilic polymer, in which the hydrophobic polymer and the hydrophilic polymer are both present on fiber surfaces.
