To provide a lighting control device capable of dealing with a variety of lighting forms while avoiding complication of a system.SOLUTION: A lighting control device includes: a lighting circuit; a first output part connected to the lighting circuit; a second output part connected to the lighting circuit; and an input circuit which receives an input signal and designates either a first lighting state that only the first lamp is flickered or a second lighting state that a first lamp and a second lamp are synchronously flickered.
